Get to know the girl with the dream!

Hello! and welcome to my little corner of the world! I wanted to start by saying thank you for stopping by, or supporting me in some way along this journey to really make this dream of mine come into a reality!

My name is Daniele, born and raised in the Bay Area California. Growing up I always knew I was eventually going to have my own company, wether it was a bakery or planning amazing events, it would become a reality for me! Flash forward now to 30 years later, here we are!

I’ve Married my best friend 3 years ago, we have a little fur baby named Hercules that we love to see grow more and more into a little old man thats obsessed with food! Living on the Peninsula enjoying the seasons every year! Going to the farmers market every Sunday, and exploring new coffee shops. While always looking for the new top restaurant to try. This is my world.

How did I make my love of parties and weddings into a reality? It really all came down to my love of Disney movies, Romantic comedies and my own family hosting a Sunday BBQ every single weekend! But, Disney was always a huge part of my life and family, and yes I would be considered one of those Disney Adults. You can’t not love a good Disney Movie though, wether it’s UP making you cry your eyes out or romanticizing finding your prince charming, Disney has always made finding the ONE so magical.

My first Disney wedding I got to see was when I was 18 years old and saw the most beautiful bride get into the Iconic Cinderella Carriage, being pulled by the white horses off to the rose pavilion where her prince charming awaited. All while watching the Wedding Planner help her into the Carriage and straighten her dress, I knew then, That is what I want to do! I wanted to create magic and help couples create what maybe their fairytale wedding!

How did I make my planning company come to life?

After working in a Law Firm in Corporate America, I realized 6 months into it that this wasn’t going to be my end career. I knew then sitting in my cubicle looking out at the Bay Bridge that I was meant to do something more creative, meaningful and bring more to life. Knowing this drove a fire in me to really start to turn my passion into a full - time career! In the winter of 2018 I dreamed, in 2019 I started to make it a reality! Created my Instagram, made my logo and my brand. I created my company name off of my love for peonies and for my grandmother who also loved peonies and she will always be with me in every event to see the magic unfold. Then the entire world had shut down, creating yet again a void of “ I’m never going to be able to do what I love.” Come 2021 We officially launched Posh Peony Events! and booked our first couples for 2022/ 2023 season! With my first couple’s I knew then I could resign from the Law Firm and go full force into the magical world of events!
